This residential new-build project was developed in response to the client’s requirement for a contemporary coastal residence that maximises uninterrupted ocean views across a steeply sloping site with a 28-metre level change. Full architectural design services were provided, including conceptual design, spatial planning, technical documentation, and construction coordination for a multi-level dwelling. The design responds to the challenging topography through a terraced building form, vertically stacking functional zones while integrating garage and service areas into the lower levels.
