The project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing residential structure into a contemporary commercial workspace. The design intervention focused on reconfiguring internal spatial layouts and redeveloping the building envelope through the introduction of a contemporary metal-clad façade system.
Retention of the original pitched roof form was balanced with a modern industrial material palette, while revised window openings were introduced to improve natural daylight within internal workspaces. The resulting design expresses a contemporary office identity through clean geometric forms and material contrast.
