This new-build automotive detailing facility was developed as a purpose-built commercial workspace. The design adopts a contemporary industrial architectural language, incorporating a cantilevered upper-level volume to provide sheltered customer parking at ground level.
Internal layouts were configured to optimise vehicle circulation and workflow between wash, preparation, and detailing zones. Full-height glazing enhances visual connectivity to the operational floor, while a durable metal cladding system defines the building envelope. The resulting form balances functional efficiency with a restrained contemporary expression suited to a high-use commercial environment.
